Being able to open up to someone about these deep seated insecurities that I've had weighing me down, in a safe environment, has made a huge impact (as uncomfortable as it may be). Just being able to get it out without judgement, feels like I've lost 20lbs. Learning to retrain my thinking right from the jump of a negative thought to in turn transform my whole outlook, attitude and day. When I'm feeling anxious or uncomfortable, I do some deep breathing exercises to calm my nerves and reset my brain.

"I think the thing I liked most about it was also something that frustrated me a little bit, but it was the best part. Anna doesn't tell you what she thinks you should do, she asks questions to try and coach you to come to the answers yourself. In the end, it was the best approach. That style of coaching forces you to be introspective and helps to get to the "why" of situations. I really liked the "homework" or goals that were discussed to achieve between each session.
